Abstract

From the national to the regional level, communication impacts how well health services are delivered. A tool for gauging the effectiveness of health care is communication. The Samudera Health Center, one of the Pukesmas in Blang Peuria Village in the North Aceh province, has made an effort to improve governance in an effort to reform the bureaucracy. Prior to now, community members who received local services have expressed dissatisfaction with the bureaucracy's tendency to complicate conditions for public service, convolute procedures, and create ambiguity regarding service windows. This study was carried out to determine the community service efficacy of Samudera Health Center's communication efforts as well as the challenges it encountered. Interviews with four informants were performed utilizing the observational approach during the research using descriptive qualitative methodologies. According to the study's findings, the Samudera Health Center has implemented communication management, which involved the process of organizing, planning, implementing, and monitoring communication. The Samudera Health Center's insufficient resources, lack of knowledge of the local population, and lack of patience prevent effective communication from being felt by the service recipient community.
